This restaurant has a simple theme, Meat, meat and more meat. Simple clean concept. You simply pay one price and tell them what you want. You want short ribs (great by the way), then maybe a NY strip and after finishing that off, you can get more meat, such as sausage, chicken, lamb, great big hunks of beef. All of it cooked to order right there in front of you. The big surprise, was the simple salad bar. Slicked pork in cream and capers, beef carpaccio in a vinaigrette, Cheese, olives, sauteed mushrooms, oh and of course there is the fresh salad fixings too. Simple but good and fresh. Well worth the money and great for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Did I mention that your drink (beer/wind, soda, and desert) are included in the price.. Lunch specials are about $19 (no drinks) To $35 for a weekend dinner. Who said simple can't be good? Enjoy, Geoff

Went here for a team dinner with my rugby team. We usually go to The Knife, but this was suggested. We opted to try it as The Knife causes a collective explosion of diarrhea among my team, without fail. Pleasantly surprised. Roughly the same price with a great beer deal. The Sam Adam's Summer Ale was very skunky, but the other available beers for our choosing were just fine. The meat was of higher quality than you find at The Knife, and I enjoyed 5 plates of it. The bowl of melted cheese and empanadas are a nice added bonus. The long-gazes of the oh-so-critical Argentines in the next room gave it that authentic churrascaria feel. Will definitely return.

I was there this past Saturday with a Groupon deal.... Thank goodness. So here goes: I figured the place would pretty busy so I called to make reservations but they don't take reservations. We arrived around 8pm and waited for a good 45 minutes to get a table. Once we were seated, our waitress brought us the house bottle of wine and told us she would bring us fries and rice once we got our meat. I noticed a heck of a line and asked if that was the line for the grill and she said "yes". THAT WAS THE LAST TIME SHE CAME TO OUR TABLE!!!! She never checked in on us; never brought us the rice and fries; never took our plates or refilled our drinks! Ever! I actually had to flag someone else down to get our plates removed and bring us dessert and coffee. The coffee took a while to make it to our table. So much so that I thought he had forgotten to make it. When he brought it over it was awful. A waitress from another table saw my face I guess and asked if everything was ok. I told her our experience thus far and she offered to make my coffee again for me. Marielis was her name, and she was great. She took care of picking up our table and bringing us the difference on the bill since coffee is not part of the Groupon. Guess what? She was the only one that actually gave us good service. As far as the food: the food was pretty good. The cold salad bar was nothing to write home about and neither was the stuff on the grill but it wasn't inedible. We enjoyed the meat and dessert the most. Tip: don't tell them you have a Groupon until you are ready to pay. If you do, chances are you'll be ignored like we were. I read that on someone else's review and thought they were just having a bad night. Also, tip appropriately. Just because you have a Groupon doesn't mean you shouldn't tip based on the service you received.

If you work in the Gables you can get a great lunch here for only $9.99, it includes grilled steak or chicken, a side which can be a salad or french fries, an empanada and a drink. I've come to this place several times and had always had a good experience, there is also an all-you-can eat option that includes a salad bar but that is just too much food for me. I believe the price for the buffet would be around $20 for lunch time. There used to be a Novecento in this location but that closed a few years back. The place is nice and simple, the staff has always been attentive but sometimes if It gets too busy it's hard to track the waiters. I reccomend you give this place a try if you work in the area.

More like Siga la Caca! I got the runs all night after my Groupon. Low quality meat. My 2 stars are for service.
(2)LK S.
We bought our Groupon and then read reviews. We were a little worried based on the opinions of others. We went at 5:30 on a Wednesday night, and we were pleasantly surprised as well as happy we went. There were no fewer than four wait staff and chef who visited our table. Our glasses were never empty. We were so full we asked for the dessert to go. I recommend the steaks and French fries.

If you like waiting in line for mediocre food, then this is the place for you. The desserts are so bad that no one in my group could even finish them. The steaks were average at best, the service was terrible and the selection at the salad bar was subpar. You're better off going to the knife.
(1)Al P.
I have been sitting in my table for over an hour and not one waiter has stopped by to check up on us. My glass is empty and dying of thirst, waiting for my desert that is included and nothing. The three tables next to us were waited on but apparently we must be invisible. For $35.00 a plate this place is a waste of your time and money. Never again. Mind you, this is in the glamorous Coral Gables. As for the food, all the meat was dry and preheated, stiff as a board.
(1)Enrique G.
So good!, I totally recomend it, everything was good, all kind of meats and good service, everything is included in the price from a couple of meat empanadas as starter to the desert and your choice of drink (beer and wine included), I have no complaints. I tried the picaña which was delicious, the vacio was ok but is not my prefered cut, from the salad bar I liked everything and you cannot miss the french fries which are not in the salad bar but are offered by the server freshly cooked.

I came to this restaurant because I purchased a living social deal for it. To be 100% honest, I have had so much better food than this restaurant. I consider myself a foodie and am used to so much better quality meats, service and overall food. Good value for the price I paid for the deal because it includes a bottle of wine, sides and desert. The most enjoyable part of the meal for me was the melted provolone cheese from the grill and my boyfriend's favorite was the fries. Everything else was mediocre at best. The meat had extra fat on it that made it hard to cut and eat and the salad bar was not too fresh. The key lime pie tasted like it came from a box and was sitting there for quite sometime because the inside was not smooth and it had a lumpy texture. I don't know what else to say. I was definitely not impressed and unfortunately do not think I will be coming back to this restaurant again. 2 stars for the environment and the service.
(2)Rafael B.
The price-quality ratio is not adequate. The food is "meh"... I ordered my steak cooked medium and they gave it to me medium-rare, I asked if they could cook it a little more and they gave it to me well done. The side dishes are good but what's supposed to be the star of the meal left me disappointed.
(3)w c.
4 stars for the value. Sirloin and filet mignon are what you should go for. Pork ribs are dry. Get living social or groupon and save big here!!!!!!! Nice place for a date and come hungry. Groupon deal was about 25 per person unlimited food, a bottle of wine, and desert. Place is not that busy but if you like meat this is the spot for you. And it has hard to beat value. Service is ok, but not bad and Spanish helps!
(4)James P.
I purchased a groupon deal for Siga la Vaca. The restaurant is located in a nice establishment. Clean and well put interior design. Overall it was an okay experience. The gentlemen working on the grill were friendly. The meats were fresh and tasty. The only thing that holds me back from rating this restaurant a 4 was the waiters bad experience. I asked him for a glass of water, as soon as we arrived and was finally brought, after asking again once I was done with my dinner. In addition, he never came by to ask if there was anything we needed. I would understood if the place was busy but there were literally two waiters catering to one couple. I'm not sure if the lack of attention was due to the fact we had purchased a groupon ticket. Besides that I would definitely go back, for their $45 dinner for two deal.
(3)Miah P.
I had a groupon for 2 people with a bottle of wine for $45 dollars. I had never been here nor heard of Siga La Vaca-so I figured, why not? The vibe was nice. As the meal progressed, diners got up to go dance in the first part of the restaurant. Very happy environment. My only issue here is the grilled food. The chicken breast was still pink and cold in the middle. The steaks were a bit chewy and the grilled veggies were mushy and bland. The staff was attentive and the house wine was tasty. The key lime pie and the crepe however, were incredible. I most likely will return because I don't like to poorly judge a restaurant on just one factor (like the grill cook that day). If you haven't been here before - give it a shot. Nice for a date or for a family dinner.
(3)Amy A.
The meat is good, most things off the grill were great. Don't have much variety for the sides. The yuca was kinda cold.
(3)Janie A.
My whole experience was uncomfortable to say the least from when I got there I stood at the door for about 10 minutes until someone actually let me and finally was seated asked for water three times for my husband and I was brought one cup finally one of the waiters came in and offered us the special asked if i had ever been there I mentioned I had not ! I wanted to mention that I had a yelp coupon which was $$$& asked her to explain the menu that would go with the yelp coupon she then explained the beers and the wine that came with the special I specified that I wanted a Heineken because it was one that she had already mentioned she never came around the table to us we went up to get meats once The cooks were really nice yet the meats could have been better the churaZco were horrible they had too much fat not actual meat after waiting another 10 minutes to get another cup of water
(1)Kenneth S.
Didn't have a good experience. We bought a groupon and our waiter only visited our table (2) times in the entire hour and a half we were there. French fries where good, meat was good as well, they need more staffing. No host when I went in waited a couple of minutes before someone acknowledged my party. This place needs customer service over haul.
(2)Franco C.
Fair, nothing that would make you loose sleep. Salad bar was fair as well as the meats. The grill man was courteous and accommodating but the table service could use some improvement. We will try it again soon anyway!
(3)Jesus L.
Come here with a groupon and this is a great place to have a good time with friends and family. Only thing is the wait to get more meet. The line can get long and you could be waiting at least 30 mins to enjoy your meat. In that department they could use a different method of serving the meat. Other than that a great place.
(4)Adriana C.
Our service here was terrible! I purchased a Groupon from here and I guess our server, an older blonde woman thought we were too thrifty to tip well. We were there for an hour and a half and we were only seen once by a server. We saw other tables around us get service, dessert and leave and we were alone. The food itself is forgettable, the men manning the meat are forgetful and let meat be overcooked. I'm sure the rent there is very expensive and another better restaurant will come along to replace this restaurant in a few months. Save yourself the trouble and pay extra to go to Texas de Brazil!
(1)Sandra R.
Service poor; food approaching mediocre- meat dry, overcooked, salty & burnt. fail. Bleh
(1)Kevan Z.
Even with a Groupon for about 40% off, I couldn't get past the feeling that the restaurant is circling the drain into oblivion. The restaurant has such potential to offer that true steakhouse feel, but the dirty windows and dusty shelves drains what little life that place has left. The meats were limitless, but this might be the first time I left an all-u-can-eat meat restaurant still hungry. Need I really say more.
(2)Yordans M.
"You get what you pay for" - Cheap and ordinary. We walked in; no hostess. I finally found a waiter that said; sit wherever you can find a seat. 10 min later nobody had come to the table, I had to get up and find a waiter. It's a buffet styled restaurant with a set price. There was a 25 min line to get your food. Steak lacked seasoning and was very dry. The line is endless...the service isn't great...I definitely will NOT be coming back here.
(1)Trisia G.
I went here while visiting Miami this weekend, and if you ask nicely, they will honor the Groupon rate even if you don't buy the Groupon. It includes all you can eat sides, and grilled meat (grilled to order), a bottle of wine or beer and two tasty desserts! Great value for the money! I recommend the Flank Steak or Filet mignon. The steak was cooked perfectly! The food is authentic, which is great for someone like me who has never had Argentinian food before! So many wonderful flavors my palate was singing! Great ambiance outside with lights and a dance area on the front patio with latin music. Inside was too loud, and bright, and had more of a cafeteria feel! The service was okay. I still think I like Texas De Brazil better, but if you are looking for something different at a great value, this is it!
(3)Momo B.
ITS WORTH IT How much meat and wine can one consume will be a determining factor of total satisfaction. For us, we are small eaters but totally enjoyed the skillful cooking style, flavors, cuts of meats as well as the sausages, plus the wait staff service. We don't drink so we make up for those who do consume spirits. The cold side dishes are too numerous to highlight, but are genuinely delightful. For the must have "Sweet Tomatoes" salad fanatic, you'll have to forgive them. However they have a selection of grilled vegetables that favorably compliments the splendidly prepared meats. To complete the meal, six choices of desserts to take care of any sweet tooth.
(5)Gigi M.
Absolutely the best deal. I came with a Groupon promotion on a Wednesday night (free tango classes at 8pm every Wed.) and I was greatly surprised at the quality of the beef (every piece was cooked to perfection, tender and delicious). My husband and I accompanied our beef picaña with some grilled vegetables and the house bottle of wine (Vasco Viejo) was to my amazement REALLY good for a house wine! Will definitely come back for some Tango classes and some good beef and wine! Cheers!
(5)Elizabeth T.
We visited for a date night and everything was delicious. The table service was ok but something I was looking for someone and I couldn't find our waitress. The meat was so good, I still crave it weeks later. And the man grilling the meat is very friendly and was explaining every type of meat so that we could make a decision on what we wanted, he offered to drop off our order to our table. Remember to bring cash so you can tip him in the glass jar! It's important to insure this kind of promptness.
(4)Cora Q.
Argentinian grill with great meats! The salad bar is nice, ambiance is calm and the service is spectacular! The meats are cooked to taste and perfection. Tried everything and loved it all. From the wine to dessert it was amazing.
(5)Antonio G.
Go for the picanhas, sirloins and chorizos. The rest of the meats are average at best. Salad bar below average. The place is a good bang for your buck; they also take Groupons so you can eat unlimited meats, dessert and half a bottle of house wine (which happens to be quite good) for like $30 or $35. Two things I was not happy about; this is a self service establishment; I understand that for a salad bar but you have to make a line to order the meats (if the place is busy you may be standing for 15 minutes), If I go to a restaurant I want to be served, not having to make a line. The service itself is below average; we never got our water refilled. It took way too long to get the check. In summary: if you are hungry and don't mind standing in line, go for it. If you are looking for top quality, go elsewhere.
(2)Lo D.
Food was ok, nothing impressive. Service was good, not outstanding. The meat wasn't too tasty. Didn't hate it, but wouldn't go again.
(3)Yesica M.
Great Argentinian place! It feels like Buenos Aires with the boiserie and a huge Gardel photo. Meat was tender and made to the desired point. Salad bar could be bigger, typical cold cuts and cheese variety would be appreciated. Excellent price/quality relationship.
(5)Ken B.
Being carnivores, we are always on the lookout for whomever can throw a hunk of meat on some fire and produce goodness. These guys can do that. We went for lunch and caught them after the rush, but that just made the meal even better. The setup doesn't flow that well, but just wander around and you will find all the culinary pleasure you can hope for. There were so many different types of grilled meat, this was a 3 plate trip. This isn't the type of place with roaming fellows, you have to do some of the work yourself, but it just plays into the stalk and cook mentality we have. It is sometimes tough to decide which type of grilled goodness you want to go with first, so I just approached it as "starting left to right". The salad area was enough for those folks who want to say they had some green with their meal, but I didn't come to eat the greens (the animals did that already). The sides are enough to round out the meal well. **wine was also included We have been holding back on going until we have some folks to go with as this is certainly a group event!!
(5)Daniella B.
Excellent place. Nice ambience, decent beer selection (though the ones you really want to drink aren't included with the meal (only $5 each, though)), and the meat is amazing! They sear it rare and then keep it aside on an inactive part of the grill so that it doesn't dry up from grilling and grilling until someone asks for it. When you order something, they aren't heating it up, as some might think. They cook it up to medium-rare, medium, or well-done (murder!) for you. Sometimes they even season it if it wasn't already prepped in that way. Trust me, the meats are fresh (the traffic is constant) and the chefs know how to cook them for you. The filet mignon is the best I've ever had, and I'm a frequent diner at Argentine steakhouses. I come to this one every Friday. The vegetables on the grill are also good, and certainly not an afterthought. The cold sides aren't so great or varied, but the bread, fries, and empanadas that the waiters bring over are great. The desserts are excellent, especially the key lime pie. You'll have a nice time. Tip: Try to come around 7, or after 8 to avoid crowding.
(5)Erick S.
I would like to mention before writing my review that if you plan to go to this place, you MUST bring change to put in the tip jar for the grill master/grill cook. The locale was nice, there was good ambiance and the table set ups looked inviting. The wait staff was friendly and I liked that they were not insistingly on top of us asking if things were fine. I must say I was pretty skeptic about going to this place after my last experience at The Knife. We usually stay away from all you can eat places, but we decided to give it a try. The salad bar offerings were not great. They were below average, in my opinion, but then again who cares if you are there mainly for the meat. The meat taste and quality was pretty good actually. The more typical Argentinian meat cuts such as entraña, vacio, and bife the chorizo were there and were pretty good. The morcilla or moronga, as we call it, was spectacular. The NY steak cut was also pretty good but the short ribs were not good at all. Surprisingly there was also filet mignon or fillet but like I said at the beginning, the tipping part made huge difference. It seemed as if the cook was reluctant to serve it. He kept saying I am out of it or I am no sure if we have any more but he kept putting pieces out one by one and every other trip or so that I made to the grill. It was pretty annoying I must say. I must have approached him 4-5 times asking him and every time he would say, that is all I have, its upstairs or I have to go to the back and trim some. At that time I had not yet tipped him but after I did, he even brought the pieces to my table. I usually tip after service not before, so if you don't tip ahead it will be very likely that you will keep getting dissed to get the premium pieces of meat. I don't think this is a good practice and management should take action in regards to this as this might have robbed them of two stars. Tip is gratuity and it is based on the level of service you obtain. As a former service worker, I know how much tips are appreciated and valued and I have the highest respect for waiters, waitresses and all and any restaurant staff but one should not be giving gratuity in advance to a service other ways known as a bribe. I would not recommend nor would tell any one not to go at this point. I will be going back some time soon and post an update. We will see how it goes.
(3)Diego D.
Friday night, barely half full, and the line to order meat was taking 30 minutes or more! Even worse, only one "parrillero" working the grill at this restaurant is embarrasing. No wonder they are trying so hard with the groupons. I recommend The Knife, better service and certainly not standing half an hour to finally reach the grill.
(1)Kristine A.
This place is okay. I didn't love the food. But I do feel like there are better steak houses than this one. For the price you pay, I guess it's okay. The managers special is 2 people for 40$ which is pretty affordable. But the food isn't anything out of the ordinary
(2)Lissette G.
They are not ready for large groups. They did not give us plates for the empanadas only napkins!! I asked gor the wifi password and i was told that they did not know!
(1)Bertha R.
Extremely rude. I had to stand up twice to ask for service. Additionally the so called hostess never looked at me nor greeted us upon entering. Upon asking for my server said she's a cashier not a hostess. Terrible She only acknowledged the Latinos. Funny thing is I am one but I just don't stereotype.

I dined at Siga La Vaca tonight because of a Living Social promo. The fact that I didn't feel like cooking combined with the restaurant being less than a mile from my house, made it an easy choice. The building the restaurant is inside of is relatively nice. And it's more or less clean and not too loud. Also, the staff is very friendly and attentive. But that's where the pros end and the cons begin. We decided to check out the salad bar first. We figured that before we devoured mass quantities of charred mammal flesh (Coneheads, anyone?) that we'd throw some greens into the mix. There were fruit flies swarming around the lettuce and veggies. My fiancée had the misfortune of watching a colony of them fly out of the spinach. I noticed a few flying over the mixed greens, but since they weren't inside the bowl, I decided to take a chance. We mentioned it to the waiter who just brushed it off as an unfortunate mishap. After that, appetite still intact somehow, I decided to hit the grill area. That's why you go to an Argentinian steakhouse, after all. The chicken cordon bleu was very dry and had no moisture at all. The flank steak I ordered was a bit chewy and tuff and difficult to cut. And even the filet, which I ordered medium, was a bit dry and not very flavorful. The wine that's included was ok, but nothing special. It was a step up from what you might get at your run-of-the-mill chain, but was acceptable. As for dessert, the dulce de leche crepe I ordered was overly sweet. They added way too much caramel to it, parts of which were burnt. The chocolate mousse was actually ok, but again, nothing special. The bottom line is this: if you want a good steak, you're better off checking out a real steakhouse. Siga La Vaca is subpar at best. Don't follow that cow!
(2)George F.
Service was so so, the servers were not even busy and it took us 15mins to get 2 glasses of water, and they never refill it, they did have bad aptitude, they just didn't pay attention to tables. . The bottle of red wine was not good. FOOD: side dishes and salad bar options were scarce and not fresh, meat was cold and too salty, even when we ask for medium cook. You have to ask for their fillet mignon, the guy told us it was going to take him 15-20mins to get it medium rare cook, really! When the restaurant was almost empty, the way he say it is to persuade you to pick something different. MEAT WAS ALWAYS COLD IN THE MIDDLE AND BLAND TASTE. I will not recommend this place to anybody.
(1)Yania G.
Upon arriving, we noticed that there was no greater and had to ask around about seating. They had two small sections of salad bar with not a lot of choices. Amazingly, the guy at the grill was very nice and cooked the meats perfectly! I'm glad that we went with a groupon and didn't pay full price for it.
(2)Gigi R.
So far this place is consistent with good food good service and atmosphere. The grill Master "parrillero" Gustavo is knowledgeable and very attentive! All staff is definitely deserve the five stars.!
(5)Farah G.
This is my first bad review, but i will begin with the good things about this place... Location is great and the decor is really beautiful. Our waiter was actually very attentive and nice. Salad bar is ok. They had a real good tomato soup. Empanadas were ok. Sausage was good. And the dessert was good. Now for the bad... We were a group of 8 and figured we would order our meat and head to the salad bar while the meat was cooking ( especially bc we had kids that were hungry ). So we went up to the grill and there was 1 guy working it. So we start ordering and he interrupts and tells us to go to the salad bar first and that he will "explain" everything to us later. It wasnt even what he said but how he said it. It rubbed everyone the wrong way. But we followed instructions went to the salad bar. While we were eating he brought a plate of sausage and said we could eat that for now. So once we finished we went up to order meat (there is a big board that says what u can order on top) So i tried ordering and again he told us to go sit down and that he will bring everything. But we never got to order nor did he ask how we like it cooked! At this point the men in our party were getting pissed with this guy and with good reason. Each time he addressed us it was very condescending and smug. So he brought a few plates to the table without any explanation as to what kind of meat it was. They were chewy and bloody. Each time he brought a plate it was like 20 minutes in between. Seems its a tactic they use so that u get full or sick of waiting. But at this point it was our mission to get our moneys worth. We had to ask him TWICE for filet mignon. The first time he brought some meat that was terrible ( i swear the Outback special is better) the 2nd time my husband got up to ask him at the grill and he actually said no, that the next item was NY strip not filet. My husband told him no we dont want ny strip we want filet. He finally brought a plate of something but it sure was not filet mignon. So at this point we just gave up. I dont know if that arrogant prick also known as the meat police is the problem or if hes just following orders from management but i cant imagine this place lasting very long. Ive eaten at The Knife and brazilian meat places like Porcao and have never experienced anything like this. Btw we never did get that "explanation" he said he was going ti give us nor did we ever see ribs, pork, chicken, or 80% of the things on their menu. This place is not all you can eat, its all they will allow you to eat when they want you to eat it.
(2)Eric G.
I'm from Argentina, so I know what real Argentinian food is, the food here was less than ok, but the reason I'm writing this review is because there serviced SUCKED, I've had better service at la carretta on 8th street which is terrible, our waiter came only twice to our table and that's only because I had to flag him twice to bring us water, bread and sides orders, terrible place to have dinner, highly do not recommend this place to anyone
(1)Paula B.
Unfortunately, the host who greeted us was very unwelcoming. Not even a smile or a "welcome". The restaurant was empty so we sat at a large table even though we were only three people. He came over and pointed out that that table was for 6 and we needed to move. I stated that the restaurant was empty and at 3pm the lunch hour rush is over. He still said we should move. Instead of arguing I thought to myself "-anyone can have a bad day" and I said, "ok we will move, but your attitude and facial expression is very unwelcoming" to which he said "well I guess I need plastic surgery". In addition, my friend's plate was dirty. We left. Gave him 3 chances. Poor miserable person. :( will never know if the food is good.
(1)Matthew P.
Had a groupon,, half price but i still thought was a bad value..the meat was dry , beer flat, wine cheep,,,not recomended
(1)Susan M.
Fun if you know how it rolls. buffet and order your own meat at the grill. Get the wine or beer AND be sure not to miss the empanadas! My Sunday Eve it was lively but pleasant. Once I got into it ordering meat cuts at the grill was fun surrounded by Argentineans who knew exactly what they wanted. I speak basic Spanish and it was fun hearing their accent. Near the Hyatt in Coral Gables- fun to go with colleagues. Service is brusque until you engage- then all sweetness!
(4)Maytee P.
Meh...Ive experienced better.... couldn't have said it better myself. If it wasn't for the fact that we got a groupon and I was in Great company with my husband and great friends I wouldn't have even given them 2 stars. Please refer to Miguel V. comment on 8/26/13 as I seem to agree with everything he said. Salad bar was not good, wine would have been better served as vinegar in my salad than as wine and meats were either too raw to eat or to dry and rubbery. we ended up leaving half a cow practically because we couldn't eat what they had served us.... and God forbid I go back and ask for a better cooked piece of steak since the meat Nazi behind the grill was the one that told me how I was going to have my steak. Never going back
(2)Andres G.
Meat is ok. Salad is bad. Line in the grill is ridiculous. Be ready to spend 1 hour standing around to get your food. It's all you can eat IF you can wait all.
(2)Julio L.
Figure I try it out. ..ok I did...I think my barbecues taste alot better..but for $45..not a bad deal. Glad it's a deal because I can't ever see myself paying regular price here...would go to Texas de Brazil instead..

I had different expectations. Not enough options in the buffet and I thought the food was going to be great, instead we found less than average. I was hoping for more.

Food was great and staff was very attebtive. Complimentary bottle of wine and dessert included in the price. I used a Groupon and it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend! It is beautiful inside and very spacious.

Before I start out my review, I would like to share a bit about me to be objective. My gf and I dine out 3 times a week and I was a waiter for 5 years. This was a groupon so when I saw it was all you can eat steakhouse I figure it was similar to brazilian steakhouses I have been to before. (That was a mistake of my part) We started with the salad bar, it was mediocre at best. I really go out to eat to be served, not in this place. We had to stand in a long line to order our meet. The guys serving the meat were rude and stressed. They served the meat under or over cooked and the veggies were cold. By the time we hit the table, the meat got cold too. Our waitress after she served the wine (she has no knowledge of the right way to serve wine) she never came back. We flagged her and asked for fries (3 times) and 45 minutes later I had to stop and ask another waiter for fries and we finally got them. We sat 30 mins with empty plates and I finally had to go up to the hostess to ask for the check. Our waitress finally came back and had the worst attitude toward us. I would never go back to this place. They have so many things they have to fix starting with the staff.

The good thing is you can get a decent meal for two hear for $45 through dealsaver or groupon.. Basically it's an all you can eat steakhouse.. Sort of like The Knife. The price we paid included wine and dessert.. It's truly not a bad deal.. What makes the place suffer is the service.. Nobody really tells you what the deal is.. So unless you ask or just get up and go get it.. You'll just sit there waiting. I will say this - the food is good, the nests are all cooked well and if there is a wait, the cooks will take the time to bring it out to you. With a little more detail to service, this could be a four.. But as is, I'm going three stars.
(3)Olson S.
We love this place! The food is always fantastic, service is is good, and getting the deals on groupon or living social make it very inexpensive.
(5)Patricia S.
We just celebrated our marriage with our family at this restaurant (about 40+ people) and I couldn't be happier. Everything was perfect!! The food, the service, the ambiance, everything ran so smoothly. The manager Dayron was on top of every detail since the beginning and everyone loved our main waiter Sebastian. At the end of the night the whole group moved to the terrace to enjoy the live music. Thank you so much for making our night so special. We couldn't be any happier! Patricia & Omar

I'm usually not a big fan of these types of restaurants, as they usually stuff you with salads before the meat.. Not this place! They let you go up as many times as you want, for a variety of salads, several cuts of meat, pork, chicken, you name it. I loved that i'm also able to let the cook know how I like my meat too. I was also very impressed with the excellent service, my drinks kept coming and plates were constantly switched. The desserts were a plus, and all in all, this was a fancy establishment. I was very impressed.

All in all I will NEVER go again and this place should be in a food court of a mall. Servers came up to us very often early but all they had were 3 for the entire restaurant so as it got busier the less we had someone helping us. Bathroom was disgusting and looked like someone hadn't cleaned it all day long. Salad Bar? Ponderosa has a better salad bar than this place. I can honestly say they never once changed the dishes to something a little more fresh since I was paying attention to it the entire time I was eating. They have about 8 veggies to choose from, 2 salad dressings about 6 pre-made cold dishes that just sit there and collect dust. They have these tacky little signs that are held up by gator clips to describe the salads and one was sitting in the dish. I want to make this perfectly clear that I am in no way a wine drinker but the wine that came with the meal was so bad I didn't drink it. Upon one sip it was like tasting red label after drinking black label all night long. I left the glass they poured me and the rest of the bottle. It just wasn't very good. Now for the beef. Get there before 8pm because anything after that you'll be waiting for upwards of 15-20 minutes for your steak in case you want something that isn't already sliced or cooked to where they just heat it up. The line had about 20 people in it and only 2 men on the grill who just dump loads of salt on to every cut of protein and it all comes out dry. The beef is EXACTLY the same quality one would find at the Knife but I was expecting a little more being that A. They're in Coral Gables and B. It's more expensive. Sausage is already cooked, chicken wrapped in bacon is already cooked and the grilled veggies are all ready. They just throw them on the grill and re-heat it. Woke up the next morning with the a massive headache because of the amount of salt. Only reason I didn't give it one star was because the dessert was half way decent even though they didn't have 2 of the ones on the menu.
(2)Helena A.
Very bad experience, customer service is horrible, food .... mmmm I/ve had better... the steaks were missing something much of a salad variety for an all you can eat salad bar place - a once in a lifetime experience!
(1)Iris H.
Its ok for $35 eat all meat and salad you want with one desert included and wine. Only that the server was trying to get more tips by charging adult price for my two kids under 4 when they eat free . Hope The Kniffe will open soon again
(2)Natasha P.
The staff is super nice and very attentive but the cooks are not that friendly. They barely served me any meat. You ask for a certain type of meat and they serve you something else. Their beef isn't that great. The salad bar is very limited. I wasn't impressed.
(2)Carola C.
I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. If you are from Argentina, DO NOT come here! The quality of meat that you get here is not good! Argentinians are very picky when it comes to meat and food, and this restaurant is very poorly represented. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the good service. The waiters and cooks are very nice. I will not be going back. Over priced for mediocre food.

Shhhh! Don't tell my boyfriend that I really love steak. We all know that men love a good juicy ribeye, but us ladies like to get in on the action too; so when my boyfriend kept saying he really really needed a steak for dinner, I "gave in" and took him to Siga la Vaca. Hadn't heard too much about it but it's in the hood and the Yelp coupon made it the perfect pick. It was pretty empty on a Saturday night, but I am hoping that at other times it's more crowded because I want this place to stick around. The servers were all really friendly - they kept the wine flowing and eagerly provided whatever we needed. From the fresh salad bar and delicious empanadas that began the meal, to the amazing key lime pie that ended it, it was nearly impossible to stop eating. What happened in between was equivalent to a meat lovers heaven - I especially loved the morcilla, skirt steak, ribs and grilled potatoes. The men cooking the meat were extra pleasant, making it even harder to not go up for seconds, and thirds, and... Every once in a while, nothing sounds as good as an Argentinean steakhouse and I encourage you to give this one a try! Pretty soon, I might be the one begging HIM for a steak dinner.
(4)Kevin W.
Love the different meats to order. Blood sausage, skirt steak like butter. Excellent grilled veggies. Salad bar charcuterie choices are excellent. Service was spot on, simple pricing, all u can eat. Carnivores heaven. Has a lot of opportunity to expand the concept. Hope they don't let this good idea get stale!

Wow! We have had some poor service before, but this was the worst of all. We arrived at 9.20pm, the place had 5 tables, the grill had only some leftovers and the kitchen was already clean. We ordered a bottle of water and French fries - neither ever arrived. Quiet frankly once the server sat us, he never showed his face again. I heard that they buy good quality meat, but they certainly lack in preparation. The Cuban parrillero threw the meat on the grill without putting any salt on it, he couldn't get the temperature right, he knew nothing about what he was doing. The salad buffet was just sad. Yet the service was worst of all. When my husband approached the "manager", he told my husband to calm down and thereafter did absolutely nothing. We certainly will never be back, and if they keep up like this it is certain their days are counted.

I have dined at Siga La Vaca about 6 times already, I started dining there when the coupons on Deals saver started and at the first few times i went everything was very good and good costumer service but the last 2 times i have gone, everything was not as it was at the begining mostly its because customer service its so bad now. the waiters used to be so friendly and attentive. Its a shame because its in a good neighbor hood and food its pretty OK. Also they have removed alot of meat from buffet. I wont be going back anytime soon.
(3)Mishka K.
Great service, great food, great price! We ate like animals and everything we've tasted was delicious.
(5)Alex F.
I'm a meat enthusiast so I was very excited to see there was a Yelp deal for this place, since it's not too far from my home. I joined some of my favorite foodies for a meal here a few weeks back and I'm glad I gave it a try. Overall, I'd say the food is average. The meat is certainly not the best I've ever had, but I don't think that is to be expected at a restaurant where you can load up on as much as you want. We also enjoyed the house red wine (but again, it was nothing to write home about). The staff-- both on the floor and behind the grill-- were very helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating when it came to splitting up the bill, which I always appreciate. If it were allowed, I'd probably have rated this place at 3.5 stars, but alas, it was an average dining experience! I left feeling full and content, but I would not have enjoyed myself as much if I had paid full price.

If tow going worth a grouping or living social promo it's worth the shot. The interior is very nice and clean. The manager who is a tall gentlemen is very friendly and attentive, makes everyone feel welcomed, but that's where it ends. The waiters are HORRIBLE. I have gone about 5 times. All 5 times the attention is lacking. They don't bring out the water when you ask for it. Nor the bread or side dishes you order.... their meat also seems to be poor quality. Very chewy, rubbery, the men at the grill though very friendly don't seem to grasp the difference between medium rare and well cooked.

When a restaurant in the Gables is almost empty on a Friday night, run. I was given a Groupon to Siga la Vaca for Christmas and went last night. I made the reservation and mentioned the Groupon per the instructions. When we walked in, we weren't greeted. We were ignored and had to seat ourselves. The waiter was very dry and had an attitude at times, and I can't begin to explain how rude the man was behind the counter where you order your cuts of meat. I only went there once so I wouldn't have to deal with him again even though the meat was delicious. My husband ordered his cuts from the older man and he had a great experience. The cold side bar was sub-par, and we were never told that our meal came with rice, French fries, or mashed potatoes until we asked about hot sides. The wines that were available with the Groupon tasted and smelled like vinegar and my empty soda cup sat for 20 minutes before I flagged down the waiter to fill it, even though he passed our table a few times and had seen my cup empty. This place has so much potential, but I won't go out of my way to eat there again.
(2)Veronica J.
This place is just ok. The service was horrible and they only have two guys working the grill, which is not very big. They are rushing to get the orders out which leaves you with cold veggies and raw meat. The best cut I ate was the short rib. That was cooked to perfection and the flavor was on point. the bottle of wine they give you is not that good...it was so murky....almost remineded me of prune juice. Not a bad deal if you have a groupon or something but I would not go and pay their full price for it.
(3)Max N.
Found this place on Yelp last night and decided to give it a try. Will be coming back frequently! The fixed price includes all the meats you can eat, half a bottle of wine (or pitcher of beer) and dessert. Everything was A+ Kids eat for $12.95
(5)Dave H.
Slightly better than The Knife, head and shoulder below a Brazilian churrascaria. I tempered my expectations as I knew I was not walking into a Texs De Brazil. But I was disappointed with the fact that they did not have ribeye - it was only 7:30PM!!! And half of the meats we were given were already cooked. They just warmed it up on the grill, so they came out quite dry. The meat quality was ok. Not as tender as I would've liked. I would've given 2 starts, but the compensating factor was simply that it was commensurate to what we paid ( we had a Groupon), and were given a bottle of wine with the dinner (and desser), The cooks were very friendly. Wait staff was hard to flag down. As someone said, since they don't bring you the food, I expected more attention more often, but that wasn't the case. They had a paltry salad selection, but that's fine as I didn't go there for the salad. I was just a little surprised that they did not have more variety, nor were the veggies fresher. If you're very hungry and you're only paying $45 for two, go for it. If you have to pay full price, skip it.

I visited for the first time last Sunday. It's a similar concept to The Knife restaurant. There is a bar and seating at the entrance. The dining areas are separated by walls and the layout is "different." I am not fan, however, no big deal. We were immediately assisted and the server was very nice. The place is pretty empty on a Sunday. My first stop was the salad bar and to be honest, it had a depressing, stale feel. I decided to try it anyway, but when I went for the lettuce, I noticed I disturbed a family of small flies. Definitely not very appetizing and this is probably the reason I would not return. However, the man cooking the meat was terrific. He was extremely helpful, and pulled out some very good cuts. We tried so many different things and he cooked the filet mignon perfectly. He was definitely the saving grace. They had a few bowls with dressings for the meat. I tried the chimichurri and it was good, but again it looked like they needed to be refreshed and replaced as well. Maybe it's just slow Sundays. Still no excuse. We went on to have dessert. The chocolate cake was dry but the crepe was good. We topped it off with espresso and left with a couple of very full bellies!

Nice service; but I felt I was in an Argentinean Golden Corral. The steaks and meat selection wasn't enough. And no flavor. I would go back, just to take a Tango Dance lesson and skip dinner.
(2)Sandra M.
We tried this place by way of Dealsaver. It was such a good deal that we couldn't pass it up. So we made reservations and headed on down with another couple. The place is nice and the food is good however the service is so terrible. Our waiter just asked us what we wanted to drink and then pointed us in the direction of the buffet area. That was it. He never came back to ask if we needed anything else or if we wanted refills. I had to flag down a busboy to get more drinks. Then to get the check I actually had to stop another waiter since ours had disappeared. It's such a shame because the food is pretty good.

This place does NOT deserve not even one star!! But unfortunately, I have to give them that. Where do I start? I was so excited to have found the coupon mentioned below on Deal Saver. When I called to make a reservation, the lady told me that the coupon will NOT be honored due to the fact that it's Valentines. NO WHERE in the coupon does it state NOT to come on any specific hoilday. She also told me that the coupon was only valid for lunch time when in the coupon it says " This deal is good for lunch or dinner, but call ahead for a reservation!". This is VERY misleading and dissappointing because now my husband and I have to look elsewhere to eat. I hope that Deal Saver checks with the resturants promotions and I really hope no one else falls for this misleading trick! --------------------------------------------------Â--------------------------------------------------Â------- Description Siga la Vaca, the popular Argentinian steakhouse chain with 8 locations in its home country, recently opened its first U.S. location in Coral Gables, bringing its successful prix-fixe, all-you-can-eat menu with it. I have had the opportunity to visit Siga La Vaca twice (once for lunch and once for dinner) and got basically the same experience each time so I am confident that I got a fair representation of the restaurant. First of all let me discuss the reason why you would go to this kind of the restaurant, the meat. The meat choices and quality are great. They offer chicken and pork (both of which were well flavored) to go along with their ample variety of beef cuts. They will gladly serve you whatever you want from popular filet mignon, ny strip, and rib-eye to the more traditionally Argentinean cuts like skirt steaks and sweetbreads. It all tastes fresh and is cooked to order by the very friendly and attentive grill staff. The seasoning on the beef is minimal as should be given its quality and natural flavor. The salad bar is sub-par but to me that's actually a plus since there is less temptation to fill up on salad and sides. So why only 2 stars? Well, for me based on food alone they are 4 stars. Then I took 1 star away because of the horrific table service. Given that they don't even need to take your order of bring you your food when its ready (only drink & dessert order) you would think they have plenty of time to see how you are doing, however this is not the case. During both of our visits the waiters were too busy talking amongst themselves and hanging out by the bar/coffee area to bother with checking on their tables. Simply horrible. So now we are down to 3 stars, what happen to the other you ask. Well, bug spray that's what happened! During our last and most likely final visit, in the middle of lunch service with a semi full restaurant the host started walking around spraying bug spray into storage areas located in the dining room... Are you kidding me??? Come on, why not do this before you open, is the roach problem so bad that you need to reapply every hour?
(2)Maria V.
I'm not a fan of this type of restaurants, at least for steak. Seeing all the reviews on Yelp I figured I just had to go and try it, and given the fact that is walking distance from my home I thought this could just become my favorite spot for when I'm just craving a piece of steak, nothing fancy. We went, the service was very good from the start, they were very nice and very friendly. The place looks great and clean. The salad bar is ok, with just enough stuff for a small appetizer. The steak was great! We were surprised! I wasn't expecting much, but we got really well cooked meat, just the right temperature, super friendly service from the guys on the grill, delicious grilled veggies....It was just good. We did get a little basket with 4 empanadas, free. Kind of like saying "here's some empanadas, don't eat all the meat, eat the empanadas" needless to say, we ignored the empanadas and went back for another good plate of steak. I loved the new york!! The free wine isn't that good, but we go for the meat right? Really good experience.

You asking where's the beef? Siga la Vaca is your place!!! translation: Follow the Cow! At this traditional Argentinian Parillada Buffet restaurant you can find the usual side dishes such as potato/egg salad, olives, matamambre (sorry translation not known!), caprese salad and regular salad. We found all of the offerings fresh and good tasting. Guess since it was a Friday nite there were alot of people, things had to be continuously filled. Salad Bar was I have to say, not has big as in other same Argentinian Buffets we have gone to, but not too bad either. We enjoyed the various choices of meat available. Do have to agree with regards to the short ribs - these were a bit disappointing to us. We gave them 2 tries and both were not good at all. First piece I got was over cooked by alot and very tough also very fatty. Hubby's piece was the same. My first piece of fillet Mignon was under cooked so much i had to pass it on to hubby who likes his meat that way. But then he went and got me a piece, requested it well done and I do have to say that was delicious... Just right. Enjoyed a few sausages (not blood ones thou), flap meat (was ok), churrasco (was so so) and some grilled onions - these were good. We however did enjoy the flavorful sauce which consisted of what I believe were pearl onions marinated in a delicious blend of balsamic vinegar with brown sugar. These were amazing. Gave the meats a nice flavor. Do have to mention, that in other restaurants as this one, we have experienced the meat to be way over salty. Here that was not an issue which was very nice. The nicest piece of meat (and its funny cause its not even an Argentinian cut of beef but Brazilian!) was the Picannan (sorry may be messing up spelling!) But we are fully in agreement that it was one of the nicest piece of meats all nite long!!! Wine bottle was like a good house wine in any other restaurant. When they include a bottle with dinner, really do not expect a top of the line wine - and this one was actually really good. A smooth blend wine not too dry with a nice body to it. Really enjoyed the little empanadas (which you can have as many as you want as well). Bread basket was nice, but tried not to indulge too much into it cause you really want to try to get your meat fill!!! Dessert - I had Key Lime Pie - was ok - have had better.. Darn I make better! hubby had dulce de leche crepe - this was nice - good taste to it. Service was awesome. He was from Argentina and shared some future wine recommendations for us to try at home, gave us coupons (15% off) for next time, and should us NO HURRY to leave our table after we were done. He was super informative and polite. We went with a Deals certificate which was outrages - $37.50 for TWO! Cost is usually $30 per person. So this deal was a winner!! We will be going back with friends soon....

Great cuts, excellent salad bar. The wine was ok. Our waiter was knowledgeable and super friendly.
(4)Tara M.
I went with the Groupon 2 for $45, all you can eat, plus dessert, plus a bottle of wine. The food was delicious and the service was good as well. The place looks nice too. I can't say anything bad about it.
(5)Charlie W.
Bought the groupon so my wife and I could try the place, and from the host to the waiters, to the man running the grill, it was all great. Extremely friendly, and meat was awesome, desert was great. I definitely recommend siga la vaca.
(5)Sureya S.
I have been here a couple of times and always leave happy. The selection is great, atmosphere and waiters are friendly. No complaints. Leave room for dessert, its really good. Tip: Wednesday is free tango classes night, no reservation required.
(5)Maria D.
Did not like the restaurant. I would not recommend this place. The service was awful and rude. The food was not what you would expect from a meat place. There are many other restaurants in Miami with much better food an service. Will not go back and would not recommend it.
(1)Erick Z.
Worst dining experience. Bought a $45 voucher through travelzoo, told by host if we wanted tu sit with our friends in the same table, we could not use the voucher. However, if we paid them directly on site - for the same price of $45 we could sit together with our friends. The wait time for the table was 1 hour. Dinner was self service all you can eat. The trick was getting served at the grill station, long line and long wait. Only one of the grill sections was in use causing the buttleneck. The overwhelmed server could not cook the meet properly in his rush to get the line moving. The wine was diluted with water and the argentinian server with a ponytail was plain rude. The only person who earned the tip included in our tab was the bartender Norberto. He served our drinks during our long wait always with a smile and great attitude. Will never return to this place and will call the voucher company to get a refund on the voucher that I was not able to use. I strongly recommend you to select another choice among the many restaurants in the area if you want to really get to enjoy your dinner. Erick Z, Miami
(1)Alonso M.
I would follow the vaca more often and with the groupon voucher we would definitely go back. Nice buffet and good meats. I have a little of entraña and filet mignon. Both good but the mignon won. For drinks you can have a half bottle of wine, a jar of beer or soda. You can also request to the server white rice, fries or mash potatoes. I have a little of caprese salad and the beef. Then dessert panqueques with dulce de leche and chocolate cake. Well I have to run more tomorrow!!!! I don't care it was good...
(5)Gus H.
Enjoyed it very much since i used to go to this restaurant in Argentina!! The style has been kept the same with free drinks and dessert! I was even able to taste several cold dishes that i really craved for a long time ! Totally worth of trying !! :)
(4)William W.
I bought a $30 for $60 coupon on Yelp and went to this restaurant. The parking was OK. I paid for my street parking which was right in front of the restaurant. The waiter was very nice. She provided a very good service and addressed most of our needs. The food is pretty good although there are not a lot of variety as a Buffet. I was expecting soup but this restaurant did not have soup. The sausage and desserts were great
(4)Damian N.
New argentinian restaurant in the Gables. As an argentinian myself, I knew this restaurants from Buenos Aires, so I was greatly surprised they opened one in Miami. So we went there las night with friends, and it's as good as I was expecting. Great, great meat, one of the bests if not the best I had since I'm living in the States and we ate until we can barely breath. The wine selection is also very good, and they have a wider beer selection than most Argentinian restaurants on the area. Relaxed place to have a great dinner or lunch, and the best of all, it's really affordable! I'll be there soon again!
(5)Robert R.
Better than Fuego De Chao. Great parrilla de Argentina Beef is cook when you order and great flavor
(4)Miguel V.
Hated it! Although there were some redeeming qualities, this place overall was terrible. I'm going to structure this one so I don't go off on a rant. I had concerns about 1) health hazards, 2) poor quality food, 3) poor service, and 4) horrible value. 1) I am definitely not usually one to complain about health concerns at restaurants, as I generally prefer hole-in-the-wall types of joints. However, just before I left, I watched the "Grillmaster" use his tongs to pick up raw chicken breast and place it on the grill and then, in the same motion, pick up some other meats and put them directly on someone's plate. Gross! C'mon man, that's just straight up salmonella contamination risk. Maybe you do that at home, but not at a restaurant. I've read Kitchen Confidential, so I know worse things happen in the backs of restaurants, but that's just gross. I felt nauseous later that evening, but no food poisoning, for which I consider myself very lucky. 2) My biggest issue with this place was that the food just basically sucked. The Grillmaster is incredibly inconsistent. Most of the meat that I got was WAY overcooked and underseasoned, if seasoned at all. There were a few diamonds in the rough. On our first order, my wife ordered a ribeye. It took 20 minutes, but she got a huge, long, strip of beef that was expertly cooked and beautifully seasoned. Unfortunately, when I ordered the same thing, I got a mangled steak cut off of a larger roast with no seasoning that was cooked-to-chewy, despite requesting medium rare. I tried 5 times to get what my wife had ordered and it never happened. The first piece of Picanha I got was good, but all subsequent pieces were touch and under-seasoned. The pork ribs would have been good, but were dried out from sitting too long. I tried some of the flap meat that I saw cooking toward the end, and that was decent, but the New York was too tough to eat and the filet was super tough. The main issue was that the Grilmaster chars everything regardless of how you order it. I had two pieces of steak all afternoon that were cooked medium, despite ordering EVERYTHING medium rare. I just wished I could jump behind there and grill my own food because I know I could do better. I wanted to tell him "I think it's done," but I didn't want to be that guy. Everything else was beyond well done. The sausages were good though. Also, the salad bar really had nothing to offer. 3) The service sucked. I don't usually complain about this, but when I'm paying $70+ for crappy food, at least give me some kind of service. Frequently had to track down our waiter who was typically standing around in the back to get a refill on my drink or ask a question. He did absolutely nothing to help us figure out the mystery of the ribeye mentioned above when we asked. He told us we have to talk to the Grillmaster. Well, the Grillmaster is extremely rude and unresponsive. Also, my wife asked about dessert and was told which ones they have. She ordered a piece of cheesecake and ice cream. I was still eating. When I went to order dessert, I was told that it is only one dessert per person and that my wife had ordered both of our desserts. Why was this not mentioned to us? Why did the server not explain this in the beginning when we told him it was our first time there? He also did not tell us about the wine, which I knew from seeing a few reviews, but we do not drink anyway. The Grillmaster also is misleading. He told my wife that they only had bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken breast and then later offered someone else grilled chicken breast. 4) Overall, the value sucked for what we got. I had a Groupon, which knocked off $15. Woohoo. It still cost about $60 for an unsatisfying afternoon of eating piece after piece of poorly cooked and unseasoned steak in hopes of finding that one piece that would be like my wife's. The salad bar shouldn't even be advertised as it literally only includes a few salad options and no other dishes. It adds nothing. $35 per person for weekend lunch and they didn't even have anything worthwhile. For the money, I would just go buy a couple of ribeyes from the grocery store and grill them myself, as I usually do, because then they come out perfectly. I'm sure I can get the sausages at Sedanos. For around the same price, I would just go to the Brazilian Churascarrias. Their service is always superb, meats are generally more fresher and better cooked/seasoned and you get to see each one and decide if you want it. Forget this place, not even worth the groupon.

Argentinian all you can eat steakhouse with all the fixings. First off, I lived in Buenos Aires for three years and once I found Siga La Vaca I ate there at least once/twice a week the entire time I was down there. Down there the cost was $15 for all you can eat steak and a bottle of wine, which is a steal! The food, atmosphere, and people were amazing as well. When I heard they were opening a location in the Miami area, they were pulling at my heart strings (despite the fact I live in Jupiter) and of course I was going to check it out. I'm happy to report that the food is actually BETTER at the Miami location than any of the locations I went to in Buenos Aires. The cuts of meat were just of better quality. This is also accompanied by a half bottle of wine and dessert, all for $30. If you take advantage of their $30 for $60 deal they're having that knocks the cost down to $15 per person....A STEAL!!! Even without the deal, at $30 per person it's a great deal. I would recommend this restaurant to any and everyone. If you're a meat lover, you'll be in hogheaven!!! Oh Siga La Vaca, how I love you!!! lol

This is the only churrasceria/rodizio in recent memory that serves Rib Eye, my favorite cut of meat. If not for that, they'd be getting three stars from me. Another distinguishing factor of this establishment is what seemed to be a tad more customized service. I didn't get up to get my meat but rather ordered it from my waiter and he brought it to me cooked just the way I like. I realy enjoy being served so this is a plus, however, the standard buffet items are pedestrian.

Oh my gosh, you must go to this place. It's one fixed price for a drink, all the meat you can eat, salad bar, and dessert. I had a skirt steak, filet mignion, and New York steak in one plate twice!! The chef cooks it in front of you. This is a must go!

Decor: This is a nicely styled Argentinian restaurant off the main restaurant road of Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. The restaurant has great natural lighting that streams in from the large windows that line the walls and has lovely wooden accent beams and cabinetry. Service: We had two servers and one bus boy. The servers were not as graceful as I would have hoped for at this price point ($30 meal). The bus boy however, was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Price: A bit pricey for the service received. This was an all you can eat situation and there is no way to eat that much meat. However, seeing that desert (half a serving) a bottle of wine was included, the deal is price worthy although not practical. I personally can't drink half a bottle of wine and 8 oz of beef is more than sufficient. I don't think it is ever possible to balance an "all you can eat" with an elegant atmosphere. Siga la Vaca tries and as would be expected, fails. Food: The special for this day (it seems they have a la cart on other days) was $30 for all you can eat meat, a desert, and house wine. The desert was nicely presented in a decorated plate and tasted fresh, but it was only 1/2 a serving. So if you have a sweet tooth you will be disappointed. We couldn't drink the whole bottle so we re-corked it and took it home. The meat was very good but the most outstanding part was really the service and attitude that the chefs behind the grill provided. As an all you can eat restaurant, you stand up and serve yourself all the salad and vegetables you want and then approach the grill at a separate station to get all the meat you want. The grill chefs were very fast, friendly, professional, and polite. The side dishes at the salad bar were ok, nothing very impressive, nor an outstanding variety. THey had difficulties in keeping the sides replenished. At one point they put chopped eggs on top of another type of salad. It just didn't look right and almost as if they were simply trying to keep the bowl full, I'm not sure about this so take it at face value. I just think that it looked like two dishes were running low and they simply mixed them both together to fill up a dish. Groupon purchase value: Not very good and misrepresented in my opinion. On the Groupon voucher it says 50% off. But you need to realize that this particular Groupon was for 2 meals. You are obligated to purchase two meals @ $30 each and the meal is not a la cart but rather a fixed menu with a fixed price. The Groupon voucher cost is $15 for a value of $30 discount. In the end you only get $15 off a $60 purchase. Many other Groupons offer the same $15 cost Groupon for $30 discount and there is no fixed menu, they just take the $30 off your ticken in the end. $15 off $60 is not a 50% discount.

I am a vegetarian so this place was kinda of wasted on me. But the side dishes and salad bar were good.

The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very appealing. The steaks are not the highest quality of meat but good for the price.

Years ago I visited Argentina and was taken to Siga la Vaca. When I saw the coupon on Deal Saver, I did not hesitate to purchase it. The main attraction was the advertised "Authentic Argentine" grill. Unfortunately that was FALSE, not even misleading but FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. There is nothing authentic about a GAS grill (???) in Argentine BBQ. Without the wood charcoal, the meat tastes different. Gas dries up the meat , so does electricity. wood fire sears the meat and retains all its juices. I, and my Argentine friends, never heard of an Argentine GAS grill, Have you?. I went to the Coral Gables restaurant for lunch 2 weeks ago. The meat was like rubber and tasteless. I asked for entrania but they did not have any. I ordered 2 bifes de chorizo. I saw the cook placing two thin steaks (not a authentic Argentine thickness cut) on the gas grill. I waited 20 minutes, for something that should take no more that 7 minutes for a juice steak, give the thickness of it. When the meat arrived the cook gave me an excuse and gave me some other cut of meat. I had a guest and we were both so hungry that could not complain and wait another 20 minutes. It was very embarrassing for me and disappointing for my guest and I. I asked whether the desserts were freshly made, and was assured that was the case, but the dulce de leche panqueques were re-heated and made with a thick American batter.

Great meats,) service is very informal, we just got up as they assume everyone knows its buffet. Wine is tasty, soft cuts melt in your mouth, let the chef pick, New York and flank are tougher . I would come again. Groupon rulz!

Empty on a Friday night. Don't bother making a reservation since the hostess won't even know about it. Server had to think about approaching the table and took forever to give drinks. The cooks didn't understand any other request beside the pre-grilled items and no matter how many times we asked gave me practically raw meat. The meat is frozen so don't expect anything fresh. This is NOT a buffet, just salad bar and grill. Horrid service-cannot recommend at all.

This place is great! Argentinian food buffet style, it doesn't get any better than that. They have a nice little salad bar (even has Mozzarella Caprese!) and they start you off with empanadas, and a bottle of wine, yum! Once you're done with your appetizers, you walk over to the grilling area and you tell the cook which pieces you want and how you want it. The steak was so delicious and cooked just the way I wanted it. They even grill corn, onions, peppers, and potatoes too. The service was super nice and everything was great!

All Inclusive pricing plus great service and high quality beef makes this a must go. Will definitely go back.

I went for lunch, which is all you can eat for a reasonable price. I found the selection excellent but lacking the flavor great Argentinian steakhouses are known to have. Even their chimichurri is not up to par. Although the place is clean and the service was excellent, I would not go back.

I saw a groupon for this place, 2 people all you can eat for $15, so I had to try to. It's a great place, the food is good. The place looks clean and the wait staff is friendly. I still prefer the Knife as far as steak houses go. Eating here is expensive. The groupon is very misleading. it say $30 worth of food for 2 people for $15 all you can eat. What they don't tell you is that it cost $35 per person. So the Groupon gets you $30 off of the cost which is $70 dollars for two people. I wish the groupon was a lot more clear on the cost and what it covers

The "salad" bar, left a lot to be desired. The knife has a much wider selection. The beef was great and well cooked. Service was also great.
(4)Gabriel A.
good meat, reasonable price. The included 1/2 bottle of wine was nothing special, it got better after we let it breath for some time. I will definitely go back and consider it against Miamis Brazilian Churasquerias.

Beautiful restaurant and nice location. The food is very good, but the meat was pre-cooked a little on the grill, left on a part of the grill that wasn't hot, and moved over to the hot grill to be heated prior to serving. That made it a challenge to get medium rare beef. Compared to salad bars in comparable restaurants, the salad bar was sparse. The wine was decent for a house wine and the desserts were good. Service was very good. The only reason for the 3 star rating is because of the meat being re-heated. I understand why a restaurant may need to do that, but for the price and at an Argentinian steakhouse house, it isn't what I expect.

Went to this place to celebrate my friends birthday. What a let down! The hostess was very unfriendly, we could not seat at our table until the entire party was present, I sat at the bar.. and there was no bar tender... the salad bar was very small... when compared to other buffet places... it was bad... there were just two men at the grill... the line was long I felt like not eating at all... Then my wife after being on line for a while happens to request 'ribs', she was told to wait apprx 25 minutes!!!! That is just Ridiculous! Oh.. not forgetting desert... the waiter brought flan, chocolate cake and ice cream in one plate for us to share.. to share!!! what! I give one star for my dessert.. which was one spoon of ice cream, flan and cake... I went to talk to the manager and as suspected.. I ran into the biggest assH*Le in the world... basically ignored our complaints and walked away... this place should run out of business!!!

After having been to the Siga la Vaca in Argentina, my parents were excited to share the experience with my visiting sister and I. They called ahead of time and spoke with management who assured them that it was a near exact replica of the restaurant they enjoyed so much abroad. This couldn't have been further from the truth. The salad bar was no where in comparison and neither were the meats, but we were willing to give it a try anyway. I should have realized our mistake when I spotted baby flies buzzing inside the salad display. I pointed this out to a waiter, who did seemed shocked, but nothing was done - that I saw. Ever the optimist, I reasoned that these things can happen and, since the ingredients seemed fresh, it was probably a fluke. I chose the marinated mushrooms, a small variety of cured meats, and the marinated artichoke hearts. Unfortunately, all were rather bland and lacked seasoning. On to the meats. Beef short ribs..tough and severely undercooked for my taste. Sweetbreads, fatally overcooked and somewhat bland. Chicken breast, the highlight of my meal..well seasoned and moist. Argentinian sausage..over cooked but tasty. My mothers filet mignon was unfortunately butterflied and severely over cooked. Even the sauces accompanying the meats were lacking any seasoning. Desserts were obviously frozen, my chocolate cake was dry. Wine was ok..and of a quality you would expect of a bottle which is included in the meal. The final straw came the following day with three of the four in our party experiencing stomach pains and diarrhea. ( I recalled the baby flies.). Our waiter was really great and accommodating and so, for his sake, I hope this restaurant can turn itself around. I gave the second star based on his service. One should also note that, with the exception of the tiramisu and crepe photos, the photos of the food currently posted here are from the menu and do not at all depict the actual food as it is presented in real life.

I have no idea what some people are talking about! This place is awesome.I love meat and have gone to many different restaurants in Miami and u need to keep in mind you eat what you pay for. This place however .goes beyond that. They have amazing cuts of meat you pay $30.00 for all you can eat salar bar and meat includes 1/2 bottle of wine or soda plus a dessert. This price also includes empanadas ,rice and French fries.I think the place, food and staff are amazing. If we were to compare this place with the knife there is a 0 for the knife and 10 (out of 10) for this restaurant. This place doesn't give u small pieces of meat and doesn't make you feel like u need to be begging for food.I will definitely come back!

Bought a Groupon for 2 for $45 which includes the "all-u-can-eat" meat fest, a wine bottle and two desserts which is a downright ridiculous price. The wine was a pretty good Malbec and the quality was on par with a $20 bottle from any retail outlet. The meat was excellent quality and the 'guys on the grill' will cook it to your liking and in my outing they hit the spot with the 'filet mignon', 'flank' and 'skirt' pieces. My only miss was with the ribeye only because my preference gravitates from rare to medium rare and because the is about 1/2" they overcooked it. I still ate most of it as the meat was just top notch. Make sure when you go up to get meat you get a number of them including the two types of sausage and especially the blood sausage as it is the best I've ever had. The salad/pasta/grilled veggies is sparse, but they had whole artichoke hearts and grilled peppers which made up for it. The service was top notch and our server was very friendly and helpful throughout the meal. She checked in on us often. Great service makes up for any small issues. This is a beautiful place to spend a few hours with eclectic decor from Argentina and I'll be coming back. Oh, and if you go at night you can sit outside after your meal and enjoy the night sky. We sure did as we were way too full to drive home.
